Finally....

Hey everybody, we finally got around to create and post our family blog in order to make sure you can keep up with us.

With the help from the kids I will write the first blog, and then the kids and I (mostly the kids) will update you on a regular basis.

As many of you know, we recently moved to Panama. I’m happy to tell you, that with the exceptions of a few irrelevant items, we are finally moved in. The kids are telling me to write that the items are irrelevant to me but not to their mother. I must admit, they are a couple of things that we still need, none more,,,, what’s the word……oh yeah! RELEVANT, than our BB-Q grill. Matter of fact, once we buy it, you are all welcome to drop by one of our family famous BB-Q, weekends please.

After constant persisting (call it nagging) from Raja, I had no choice to give in and we added a two month old boxer pup to our family, which we named KAI. I have no idea why, but the name is catchy,

Kyra and Maia convinced Johagna and me to register them in a dance school near our neighborhood, their happiness was only worth a full months’ salary in registration, first month’s classes and uniforms, who knew it…..dance shoes can be that expensive. Here is(toast) to investing in our retirement plan.

The kids will start school, well not technically start, attend school on Monday. Where they will be tested both academically and psychologically, in other words, the school is gone to measure our parental ability, by trying our kids. I’ve already told Maia to lie if need be. Now that’s a good parental advice, telling your 5 year old to exaggerate the truth in order to make me look good as a dad……hopefully you know that’s a lie

The hardest thing so far here in Panama, has been the immigration matters. I think and please don’t tell anymore, nor post it on a blog, that we are illegal aliens, both Joey’s and Jenny’s visa expired two weeks ago and the kids???? Well let me get their passports…..oh oh, that might be a hefty fine. Joey and Jenny need to go to the DR, because of their immigration status, before the 7^th of Oct, a trip that they will enjoy tremendously. I will stay here ALONE with the kids, I don’t even have to describe that, not sure if I dread their trip our welcome it…..
